This is one of Dean's award ribbons from Idlewild School. He was in 5th grade and his teacher was Mrs. June Schofield. Other ribbons were from 6th and 7th grade for high jump (dated 1944). The scrapbook was an eighth grade graduation present from his grandmother (Tessa Sholes) and his Uncle Charles. Very interesting tidbits.
